Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa 2011 offers the possibility to visit the Show for free to schools and universities with studies related to any of the sectors represented in the fair.
Students groups will be able to visit the Show on 28th, 29th and 30th March 2011.
In order to visit the Show, the students groups must also meet the following requirements:
- Students must be over 16 years old and bring an identity document with them
- The group must be accompanied by at least one teacher for every 10 students.
Application process
If your school meets these requirements and wants to visit the Show, please send us your application to visitas.estudo@aip.pt together with this information:
- School’s details: name, address, contact information and studies taught.
- Students and teachers list (name and age)
- Date and time when you would like to visit the Show.
The Organization will revise your application and send you an e-mail to confirm the day and time arranged for your visit.
Applications will be accepted until March 18th, 2011, registered in order of arrival and subject to dates and time availability.
Students whose visit has not been confirmed in written by the Organization will not be admitted into the Show.
