What do I have to do to exhibit at Alimentaria?
In order to participate in the trade show, you must complete the Registration Form and fax it to +34 93 452 18 01. After your registration form has been received, a member of our sales team will contact you to determine the specific details of your participation..
How long do I have to decide about participating?
To ensure that Alimentaria Lisboa runs smoothly, the first space allocations for exhibitor companies will be assigned during October and November. After the allocation process has been completed, space for companies is subject to availability.
How can I be sure to get a parking space at the venue during the show?
The exhibitor is entitled to a free parking space. Failure to make use of the parking space does not entitle you to any refund or discount from the show’s organisers. Exhibitors can request additional spaces (subject to availability) using the Services Folder. Access to these spaces is limited to build-up/exhibition/break-down days.
What are the show hours for exhibitors?
Exhibitors may enter the venue one hour before visitors and leave up to one hour after: exhibitor hours are 9.00 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Visitors
How can I visit the show?
There are three options available to visitors:
- Advance registration on this website. If you are a professional from the food and beverage sector or the hotel industry, you can register on this website to receive a complimentary visitor’s pass.
- Purchasing a visitor’s pass. During the Show opening days, professionals from the sector can purchase a visitor’s pass in the visitor registration area.
- With an invitation from an exhibitor or the organizers. Invitations allow access any day of the show with either pre-registration or on-site validation.
Will I have any advantage if I register on-line?
Registering on-line will allow you to obtain your pass for free. Moreover, you will avoid queuing at the venue, as you will be able to retrieve your badge immediately just by showing an identity document.
How can I get to the venue?
The Feira Internacional de Lisboa fairground, better known as FIL, is just a few minutes from Lisbon airport and near the main access roads to the capital. Estação de Oriente, served by buses, trains and an underground line, is 300 metres from the venue entrance.

Can anybody access to the Show?
No. As Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa is a professional show, only those visitors belonging to any of the sectors represented at the show can attend the fair. Organisers can deny access to any visitor who cannot demonstrate that he/she belongs to these sectors.
Which is the ticket price?
The ticket will be complimentary for visitors who register on-line before the Show. Tickets can be also purchased at the venue during the Show opening days for 35 euro.
Are group visits to the show available?
At Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa, we offer visits for groups whose activity is closely linked to the food and beverage industry. Trade unions, sector associations and students undertaking advanced studies related to the agri-food sector can visit the show, subject to accreditation.
What are the visiting hours for the show?
The hours are 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Can I visit Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa with my children?
Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa is a trade show aimed solely to professionals. Consequently, in order to provide the best atmosphere for business, no entry is permitted to children under the age of 16.
How can I find out which companies are exhibiting at the trade show?
Complete information on the exhibitor companies for Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa can be found in the Exhibitor Catalogue, which goes on sale from the first day of the show at the various information points located throughout the venue.
Nevertheless, before the show, you will be able to view the list of exhibitors on the website.

Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa is characterised by including a large number of sector-related activities, with an interesting programme of talks, round tables, demonstrations and business and co-operation conferences. You will find detailed information in our website shortly.

I want to be accredited as a member of the press to attend Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa. What do I have to do?
In order to attend as a member of the press, it is necessary to complete the accreditation request that you will find in the Registration section of this website. It is also possible to obtain accreditation in the press area at Alimentaria&Horexpo Lisboa if one of the following applies to you:
- You are a journalist and can provide proof that you work for a general, financial or technical media organisation – related to food and beverages.
- You work for a communication agency.
- You are a salesperson for a media outlet.
Where can I pick up my press pass?
Passes for journalists and professionals from communication agencies and the media are not sent out in advance. They can be collected in the press room at FIL venue during the entire event.
What are the hours for the press room?
The press room has the same hours as the exhibition.
